The Collector; A Helpful Master of Knowledge

The Collector is an antiquarian dedicated to finding out the mysteries of the Bay. He can be very useful for finding out information about the Faceless God and his minions, or to give quests to find relics in the Bay. Just a fun little NPC that can become a staple in your games.
